Canon UK & Ireland has launched Canon United, a new campaign bringing together the company’s hardware, software, services, media and consumables into a single connected offering.

The campaign is intended to demonstrate how Canon’s portfolio can be combined to help organisations manage increasingly complex business environments, with a focus on connecting print, document workflow and information management solutions.

Canon United uses a football analogy built around four principles: a united team, being match day ready, ongoing support and shared commitment. Canon said the concept reflects the way individual technologies and services can perform distinct roles while working together as part of a wider business technology strategy.

The campaign covers Canon’s end-to-end portfolio, from image capture through to image output. According to the company, connecting these areas can help organisations improve visibility, automate manual processes, strengthen security and reduce costs, while creating more efficient ways of working.

Khalid Aziz, Marketing & Commercial Planning director at Canon UK & Ireland, said: “Why football? Because the best teams succeed when the individuals within it come together as one. Everyone knows the role they need to play, but they also understand how they can support and work alongside each other to create a stronger, more robust team.

“We’ve built a starting line-up that works together so customers can spend less time managing their kit and more time focusing on winning. Canon United is about giving our customers and our Partners the team around them to keep moving forward.”

Canon United was unveiled at Canon UK & Ireland’s first Leadership Summit, which brought together senior business leaders to discuss organisational performance and resilience amid technological change.

Held under the theme ‘Elevate Your Game’, the event covered the future of work, cybersecurity and AI adoption, as well as leadership and strategic partnerships.

Speakers included futurist Richard Watson, cybersecurity and resilience expert Sarah Armstrong-Smith, Canon EMEA’s Quentyn Taylor and Dr Cath Bishop, a triple Olympian and former British diplomat who now works as a leadership and culture coach across sport, business and education.
